Abstract
We established a DNase I enzyme-aided fluorescence amplification method for colorectal cancer exosome detection based on graphene oxide (GO)-DNA aptamers interaction, with good sensitivity and simple operation. The limit of detection of this method for colorectal cancer exosome is 2.1â¯Ãâ¯104 particles/μl. This method was also verified in 19 clinical blood serum samples (5â¯Î¼l) to distinguish healthy and colorectal cancer patients, which showed significant diagnostic power.175
