Abstract
A magnetic separate "turn-on" chemiluminescence biosensor for adenosine based on MGO was developed. MGO can adsorb QDs-luminol-aptamer through π-π conjugation and quench the CL signal of luminol and QDs. In the present of adenosine, the QDs-luminol-aptamer could be desorbed from the surface of MGO and then the CL signal recovered by magnetic separation. What's more, HKUST-1 was utilized to promote the decomposition of H2O2 and improve the CRET between QDs and luminol indirectly. The synthesis of QDs-luminol-aptamer conjugates shortens the distance between QDs and luminol, which improves CRET efficiency directly.320
