Abstract
Free AFB1 in solution competes with a covalent conjugate of BSA-AFB1 coated on microplate in the binding to HRP-labeled aptamer probe which is prepared by the covalent HRP-SA conjugate and biotinylated aptamer through interaction between SA and biotin. HRP catalyzes substrates to generate products, achieving final sensitive detection of AFB1 with absorbance analysis or chemiluminescence analysis. The presence of AFB1 causes decrease of signals.125
