Abstract
Four chiral drugs were enantioseparated by cyclodextrin-mediated capillary electrophoresis, and higher resolution efficiency was obtained using carboxymethyl -beta-cyclodextrinas chiral selector. Isothermal titrational calorimetry, nuclear magnetic resonance and molecular modeling were combined together to investigate the recognition process.
