Abstract
A one-tube colorimetric platform has been developed for the simultaneous determination of two analytes in one tube with picomolar sensitivity. The influence of spectral overlap has been eliminated by the non-negative matrix factorization (NMF). The results of the analysis show the LOD is as low as pM level.
