Abstract
► We developed a new FIA method to determine the acidity, pH, Ca2+ and Mg2+ in wine. ► One and the same instrumentation is used for all parameters. ► The results are in good agreement with classical batch measurements. ► The suggested method has a low standard deviation (less than 1.5%). ► The titration method can be adjusted to the legal requirements in USA and Europe.
