Abstract
⺠We developed a new FIA method to determine the acidity, pH, Ca2+ and Mg2+ in wine. ⺠One and the same instrumentation is used for all parameters. ⺠The results are in good agreement with classical batch measurements. ⺠The suggested method has a low standard deviation (less than 1.5%). ⺠The titration method can be adjusted to the legal requirements in USA and Europe.
