Abstract
⺠A biosensor based on PtNPs, RGO and laccase for TPC detection was developed. ⺠A linear calibration between 0.2-2 μM caffeic acid with a LoD of 0.09 μM was obtained. ⺠The sensitivity was more than 10 times higher than those reported in the literature. ⺠The modified electrode can determine the TPC from tea infusion samples.
