Abstract
⺠A novel multi-walled carbon nanotube-based multicolor nanobeacon was proposed. ⺠The design was based on FRET between dye-labeled DNA hairpins and carbon nanotube. ⺠This design provides a new method for the preparation of multicolor nanobeacon. ⺠The nanobeacon exhibited high sensitivity for multiplexed analysis of DNAs.
