Abstract
► Mercaptopropionic acid-capped CdTe QDs fluorescence is quenched by ascorbic acid. ► Multicommutated Flow Injection Analysis is used to develop the flow system. ► Ascorbic acid is quantified in pharmaceutical formulations and food samples. ► It is the first proposed system for the analysis of ascorbic acid in goji capsules.
