Abstract
⺠This work presented a new DLLME-GC/MS method to quantify T and DHT. ⺠This method evaluate the 5α-reductase activity in human prostate microsomes. ⺠Present a good linearity, good extraction efficiency, accuracy and high recovery. ⺠Avoids the use of radioactive compounds and needs less sample for the enzymatic reaction. ⺠The method can be applied to study the biochemical activity of new potential RIs.
