Abstract
⺠LC analysis of phospholipids (PLs) using charge aerosol detector (CAD) is presented. ⺠The effect of pH modifiers on PLs selectivity was investigated. ⺠The stability of bare silica and diol column was also studied. ⺠The method was applied to characterize the phospholipid fractions of cow milk. ⺠Cow milk PLs were separated by solid-phase extraction (SPE) with very high recovery.
