Abstract
► Labeling amplification strategy was used to construct the clenbuterol immunosensor. ► Gold nanoparticles decorated graphene oxide was utilized as a nanocarrier. ► The circles directed by glucose oxide and Prussian blue dually amplified signal. ► The proposed immunosensor achieves high sensitivity and a low detection limit.
