Abstract
⺠SALLE enrichment followed by HPLC-UV detection was developed. ⺠Box-Behnken design and response surface were used for SALLE condition optimization. ⺠Such high salinity matrix sample as seawater proved applicable. ⺠The method was simple, rapid, low cost, eco-benign, high selectivity and high sensitivity.
