Abstract
⺠A procedure has been proposed for thiols sampling and determination in air samples. ⺠The thiols have been derivatized in OPA-isoleucine. ⺠Several methodologies have been compared for sampling and derivatization. ⺠The use of impinger, C18 cartridges and glass fiber filter have been tested. ⺠The capabilities of each methodologies have been exposed.
