Abstract

âº PTCA-graphene showed excellent properties as substrate to immobilize Cyt c. âº PTCA-graphene realized the DET of Cyt c. âº Cyt c in the composite maintained its natural activity. âº The composite showed potential use of electrochemical biosensor.
