Abstract
⺠Ultrasonic nebulization was used to extract flavour compounds. ⺠Ionic liquid was used as extraction solvent in SDME. ⺠IL-based SDME coupled with GC-MS was applied to determination of flavour compounds. ⺠In HS-SDME, large volumes of microdrop can be suspended. ⺠By heating the extraction vessel, the semivolatile compounds can be extracted.
