Abstract
⺠Performance of the characterisation of atmospheric aerosols is assessed. ⺠Differential approach of the evaluation of the measurement uncertainty is used. ⺠Sampling and extraction uncertainty are estimated separately. ⺠Strategies for measurement uncertainty and cost of analysis reduction are proposed. ⺠Measurements are fit for the analysis of aerosols since present adequate uncertainty.
