Abstract

âº High-throughput colorimetric aptasensor based on ELAA is established. âº Novel ELAA type using only a single aptamer was introduced into microplate. âº Detection is based on self-assembling aptamer fragment/target complex. âº The model is successfully used to detect cocaine and thrombin. âº It is a powerful platform to detect different kinds of targets.
