Abstract
⺠We develop the immunochemical approach for zearalenone-4-glucoside (Z4G) detection. ⺠We use the enzymatic and acidic cleavage of Z4G to zearalenone (ZEN). ⺠ELISA for Z4G determination was developed and applied for real samples analysis. ⺠Z4G was counted as a difference between ZEN content after and before cleavage. ⺠Non-instrumental test was applied for determination of the sum of ZEN and Z4G.
