Abstract
⺠Simple and low-cost method to determine lead in lipsticks by GFAAS. ⺠The first application of alkaline solubilization for cosmetics. ⺠Optimization and validation of the method were performed carefully. ⺠Adequate LOQ, precision and trueness were obtained. ⺠Method can be used for cosmetic quality control.
