Abstract
⺠16 compounds were considered as the potential markers of CSL by UPLC/Q-TOF. ⺠A derivatization method by HPLC was used to determine the free amino acids in CSL. ⺠PCA was used to distinguish the samples from different manufacturers. ⺠Six amino acids may be the characteristic components to identify different CSLs.
