Abstract
												⺠The application of the developed methods gave new information on lead bioaccumulation in rats. ⺠Lead accumulation occurred mainly in the bones but other tissues were also involved in this process. ⺠Animals seemed to adapt themselves to lead exposure: lead accumulation did not increased so much.
