Abstract
⺠Statistical mixture designs were used to extract material from coffee. ⺠A chemometric method was developed to differentiate genetically modified Coffea arabica cultivars. ⺠Chromatographic and spectroscopic fingerprints of four cultivars of Coffea arabica were obtained.
