Abstract
⺠A novel mesoporous silica nanosphere matrix was proposed for immobilizing protein. ⺠Direct electrochemistry of GOD and biosensing on this matrix was studied. ⺠The constructed electrochemical glucose biosensor showed remarkable performances. ⺠This matrix provided a new and efficient approach for electrochemical biosensing.
