Abstract
⺠The migration behavior of flavonoids facilitated by β-CD and ACN in CZE was studied. ⺠β-CD played as a host with high selectivity for the separation of flavonoids in CZE. ⺠Hydroxyl substituent at C-ring of analyte significantly influenced selectivity. ⺠About 2% ACN can improve peak resolution in real sample without affecting selectivity. ⺠The method was validated and recommended for quality control of herb and extract.
