Abstract
⺠For the first time chiral recognition of propranolol enantiomers is described using SERS. ⺠The enantiomeric excess determination is very fast without the use of a separation process. ⺠Highly accurate chemometric model based on PLS using SERS data is presented. ⺠A molecular interaction model responsible of enantioseparation is proposed.
