Abstract
⺠A new, simple and accurate fresh-water alkalinity analysis method is presented. ⺠The method is based on a single H3PO4 titration and two pH readings. ⺠A computerized algorithm was developed and accompanies the manuscript. ⺠The method can be performed either batch-wise or continuously with simple apparati. ⺠Method's accuracy is similar to that of conventional methods (e.g. the Gran method).
