Abstract
⺠An ECL peptide-based biosensor for prostate-specific antigen was fabricated. ⺠A helix peptide was employed as molecular recognition element. ⺠The detection limit for PSA was 0.038 ng/mL. ⺠The kinetic studies of peptide with PSA were performed. ⺠The method provides a promising strategy for detecting protein with simplicity.
