Abstract
⺠Sequential injection (SI) system provides high automation and fast analysis in evaluation of tyrosinase-inhibitory activity. ⺠The amount of chemicals and the expensive enzyme could be reduced. ⺠More precise and accurate IC50 values were obtained from the assay.
