Abstract
⺠GC-MS multi-target method for the simultaneous analysis of three classes of metabolites in marine organisms. ⺠Identification and absolute quantification of 41 compounds (15 amino acids, 17 fatty acids and 9 sterols). ⺠No sample pre-treatment needed and sample extraction with ethanol, which allows high-throughput analysis. ⺠Characterization of all compounds in a single 25 min analysis.
