Abstract
⺠A simple, low cost and sensitive fluorescent biosensor was presented. ⺠Signal amplification strategy based on exonuclease III was employed. ⺠Fluorescence quenching was performed based on graphene oxide (GO) platform. ⺠Labeling of fluorophore/quencher pairs is not needed. ⺠This method can be expanded to detect other proteins, small molecules, DNAs.
