Abstract
⺠The multi-walled carbon nanotubes were covalently functionalized with l-histidine. ⺠His-MWNTs are used as online affinity adsorbents for IgG separation and purification. ⺠His-MWNTs based SPE adsorbent shows great potential in the affinity separation of proteins in complex matrix.
