Abstract
⺠A new HPLC-ESI-MS method is presented to determine ten pteridinic markers in urine. ⺠Pteridines are determined in the oxidation level they are excreted. ⺠Sample preparation was minimized by a direct 10-fold dilution of the urine. ⺠Pteridine/CREA and NEO/BIO ratios were calculated in urine of healthy volunteers.
