Abstract
⺠Determination of phenolic compounds from olive oils by liquid chromatography. ⺠Hypersil column allows separation in a shorter time gradient elution. ⺠UV-visible and FLD successfully employed, as also the possibilities of DAD. ⺠Prior stages of Diol SPE and LLE, with ethanol, carefully optimized and applied. ⺠Very good recuperation and limit of detection values achieved.
