Abstract
⺠Novel sensing surface with apoHb immobilized in polyacrylic acid. ⺠Detection of heme by cofactor reconstitution on SPR surface. ⺠Biologically relevant detection of heme with a detection limit of 2 μM. ⺠SPR sensor that can be re-used for up to 12 cycles without significant loss of sensitivity or selectivity.
