Abstract
⺠Separation of six furanic compounds was for the first time reported. ⺠Separation was conducted using MEKC. ⺠Method is applicable in different foodstuff matrices (honey and vegetable oils). ⺠2-F and 5-HMF are the most abundant furanic compounds in honey samples. ⺠Proposed method is simple and fast.
