Abstract
► An algorithm for assessing global migration from silicone moulds is proposed. ► Model's prediction ability was tested using cross and external validations. ► At the overall migration limit of 10 mg dm−2 the uncertainty on a prediction is 10%. ► Propositions for compliancy control are discussed.
