Abstract
⺠A chemiluminescent ELISA for detecting triclopyr was developed. ⺠A low price camera (CCD) with homemade software allows excellent sensitivity. ⺠Light contamination between neighboring wells was attenuated by software implementation of a circular mesh covering the perimeter of each well.
