Abstract
âºCdS/TiO2-FITC could emit the fluorescence of both FITC and CdS/TiO2, respectively. ⺠Fluorescence resonance energy transfer occurred between the CdS/TiO2 and the FITC. ⺠A CdS/TiO2-FITC-wheat germ agglutinin fluorescence probe was developed. ⺠The fluorescence probe for the determination of trace AP has been established. ⺠The reaction mechanism for the determination of AP was also discussed.
