Abstract
⺠We monitor the critical quality attributes of a pharmaceutical solid formulation. ⺠Near infrared spectroscopy allows obtaining of both chemical and physical information of the process. ⺠Faster, simpler, accurate and more precise methods are obtained using multivariate calibration models.
