Abstract
⺠Proposed studies reveal the interaction of DNA with drug. ⺠Developed gold nanoparticle based optical Nanobiosensor for determination of drug-DNA interaction. ⺠When AuNPs labeled with DNA and exposed to drug solution, fluorescence enhancement observed. ⺠This is due to conformational change of DNA on binding of drug via FRET. ⺠This nanobiosensor can be widely useful in drug discovery and new drug development for DNA damage studies.
