Abstract
												⺠Macroporous polymer monolithic materials are suggested as platforms for DNA microarray fabrication. ⺠These matrixes resulted in reduction of analysis time and increase of signal to noise ratio. ⺠The diagnostic test on Cystic fibrosis (CF) disease was developed. ⺠Polymer macroporous platforms can be used for aptamer-based test-system preparation.
