Abstract
⺠The preparation of rutin molecularly imprinted polymer for the extracts of real samples. ⺠Using bi-functional monomer and bi-cross-linker. ⺠Functional monomer and cross-linker and the molar ratio were optimized, respectively. ⺠The MIPs were characterized by FTIR and SEM and different adsorption experiments. ⺠MISPE protocol was optimized for mixed standard solutions and extracts of real samples.
