Abstract
⺠Our strategy can screen the inhibitors of α-glucosidase in mixtures. ⺠As long as the resonance(s) of ligand(s) can be detected by NMR, the ligand(s) could be identified. ⺠The process is time saving and labor saving. ⺠Our strategy can discover minor active components which may be lost in separation process.
