Abstract
⺠Confocal micro-beam X-ray fluorescence microscope is described. ⺠The system was assembled from commercially available components. ⺠User-friendly LabVIEW code which controls the whole setup is presented. ⺠Reliability of the code has been confirmed by preliminary measurements.
