Abstract
⺠BioElectronic Tongue employing an array of enzyme-modified voltammetric biosensors. ⺠Use of Fast Fourier Transform for voltammetric data compression. ⺠Good accordance of total polyphenol content to reference methods for wine samples. ⺠Good discrimination of the different major phenolic compounds found in wine. ⺠Reagent-less alternative to classical methods such as Folin-Ciocalteu index or HPLC.
