Abstract
► Roundup® exposure induces anaerobiosis in clam Ruditapes decussatus. ► Anaerobiosis is time and dose dependent to Roundup® exposure. ► Phosphoarginine and ATP level are dependent to Roundup® concentration. ► Bioaccumulation of glyphosate and isopropylamine in clam was observed. ► HRMAS NMR is an effective tool to elucidate toxicological mechanisms of Roundup®.
