Abstract
⺠Roundup® exposure induces anaerobiosis in clam Ruditapes decussatus. ⺠Anaerobiosis is time and dose dependent to Roundup® exposure. ⺠Phosphoarginine and ATP level are dependent to Roundup® concentration. ⺠Bioaccumulation of glyphosate and isopropylamine in clam was observed. ⺠HRMAS NMR is an effective tool to elucidate toxicological mechanisms of Roundup®.
