Abstract
⺠Horseradish peroxidase activity was related to biotin amount. ⺠The response was obtained by square wave voltammetry. ⺠Magnetic beads modified with streptavidin were used and captured by a magneto electrode. ⺠Biotin-fortified real samples were analyzed by electrochemical magneto sensor.
