Abstract
⺠SWV combined with disposable electrodes was used to measure the AC of berry-based juices. ⺠The sensor allowed for fast and easy discrimination of samples based on their AC. ⺠Black currants showed greater oxidation peaks at lower potentials indicating higher AC.
