Abstract
⺠Glassy carbon electrode modified with carbon nanotube-ionic liquid nanocomposite. ⺠During electrooxidation of NAD+ on modified electrode a stable redox system, produced. ⺠Redox system shows excellent electrocatalytic activity toward NADH oxidation. ⺠NADH detected in the presence ascorbic acid, uric acid glucose and acetaminophen. ⺠With entrapment of alcohol dehydrogenase enzyme a stable ethanol biosensor fabricated.
